A beautiful, fun class, suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, in a small class of lovely people. You will finish several beautiful projects during the morning; a card, matching envelope, a candle, hanging heart and, time permitting, a bookmark too, as well as practice pieces. Suitable for ages 8 years and upwards. I will show you how to add each of the simple layers of acrylic needed to create a wreath of beautiful dotty roses. I will teach you how to trace and transfer the variety of designs onto your project, ready to paint. This is such an easy, classic technique, you will want to dot everything around you that doesn't move.

Make a Stitch Book 29th Feb and 18th March 2020
Dates and times are:
Saturday 29th February 10am to 1pm
Wednesday 18th March 9.30am to 12.30pm. Both classes will be approximately 3 hours long.

This will be a lovely class with a fab kit, which will include everything needed to complete the book, even if we don't finish it in the class. Kit contains:
Felt covers, book skeleton, felt applique pieces, fabric pages in felt and calico, ribbon for closing, two lots of beads, metallic and white threads, chain and heart charm, and also a beading needle and embroidery needle to take home with you.
We will practice basic stitches : running stitch, stab stitch, long stitch, blanket stitch (to edge a piece and to use on applique), and beaded blanket stitch.
I've done lots of prep for this, and it is a longer class, so the cost will be £22
March Mixed Media Classes
Hello lovely people
I thought it would be nice to do 'An Introduction to Mixed Media' class. I will take you through lots of fun techniques. Stamping, stencilling, paints, inks, fabric and dies (etc). We will decorate a lovely craft notebook, make a matching card and a tag (which isn't in the photo) you can choose different words for your projects too.
This class will be UP TO 3 hours, so that we aren't rushing to decorate the 3 different items.
The morning class will be starting at 9.30am and the afternoon class will start at 2pm but will go on longer if needed. The cost of the class will be £20.
December Class and Festive Fun

For the final class of the year we will use inks, die cuts and pretty embellishments to make these two elegant Christmas Cards. And hopefully make time for some mulled wine and mince pies in between!

You will get the chance to make at least 1, possibly 2 of the cards from the sample below. Inks, pens, die cuts, stickers, etc. Beautiful cards using Tim Holtz Tiny Snow Globe die cuts and Distress Oxide Inks.

These classes are small, friendly 2.5 hour classes starting at 10am and 2pm with refreshments halfway through the class. Maximum of 6 people per class. We will paint these two super easy, fun projects using watercolour techniques, but with acrylic paints. Then I will show you how to change your images with some simple doodling! This class is £15 per person. Tools you will need are listed below, but I will have spares if you don't have them yourself. Contact me for more info.

Next Card Class Saturday 16th Feb 2019
Stamping, Stencilling, gems, glitter,
beautiful papers and glass mosaics.
Two hour classes starting at 10am and 2pm. Small, friendly classes of up to 6 people. Suitable for beginners and more experienced crafters. I'll show you how to make these pretty cards and you will hopefully finish one each of the blue and red colourways. You can apply what you learn in this class to help you use up your crafty scraps! All tools provided, tea/ coffee around half time. All tools provided but you can bring a small craft stash if you like.

2 hour classes at 10am and 2pm - just £10 per person! We will use lots of Christmassy bits to create 1-2 contemporary, texture laden, beautiful cards. And you will see exactly how to use up all those bits in your stash!
'Build a Wreath' Card making Class

We will use gorgeous Sizzix dies and inks to make this pretty wreath, plus punches and stamps if you like too. You can change the colours, sentiments, add more sparkle or gems, even make it a Christmas card!

  The Next Workshop Will Be: Saturday 24th Feb 2018 Make a mini book!  There are two separate session which run from: 10am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 4.30pm We will use fabric paints to decorate the base fabric and also paint embellishments to go on the front cover. A fun project to create a really useful, handbag sized notebook. Cost is just £12 per person and includes all supplies needed, tools, tea/ coffee/ cold drink during the break.
